We are looking for a senior Parts Manager who is responsible for monitoring the development and profitability of the spare parts business, planning and implementing measures and actions.

More about your responsibilities

• Responsible for spare parts logistics (in co-operation with warehousing and transport out-sourced to Assistor Oy) in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (Sweden). We expect you to be comfortable to discuss and negotiate within international business environment.
• Factory contacts and processes regarding spare parts. Supporting factory requests and questions. Ability to negotiate and is key success factory in this aspect as well.
• Analysing, planning, controlling and increasing efficiency of CSP (= Customer Service and Parts = Aftersales) spare parts operations within Distribution. We expect track record of analysis, planning and process improvements from your previous jobs.
• Responsible for parts system and process development. Designing and developing all processes within the CSP department together with CSP management team.
• Ensuring that processes are followed in order to maintain a constantly high customer and employee satisfaction level as well as a positive image.
• Ensuring that the Strategic and operational goals are met and implemented.
• Back order support to Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuanian dealers (Sweden).
• Responsible and accountable for parts over the counter sales support.

• Strong analytical and planning capabilities with the ability to adapt market trends, identify opportunities and develop processes
• In-depth understanding of the distribution industry, including spare parts and CSP business knowledge & experience in and knowledge of the automotive industry
• Result mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering superior business performance
• Relevant education and fluent in Finnish and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office product family and capability to learn new systems
